Better agad ka sa dress code sa company that you are applying for. Like if casual attire sila like polo lang and jeans I think that will do. Kiwaw if ang ng-interview nimo polo and jeans nya ikaw ka-longsleeve ug slacks.

Beyee is right re: attire when applying. But usually when applying to call centers especially call centers with casual dress code, pwd lang mag jeans. of course don't wear slippers. and for the top, if guy ka it's best to wear shirts with collars. so of course dapat match ang shoes mo with that. don't wear naman your basketball shoes with your collared shirts. hehe.
for women pleassseeee don't wear your sexy tops! goodness, you're going for an interview not a parteeee. :P

kung call centers lang, at least smart casual. kung banks or hotels, i suggest formal.

u may wear formal, casual, expensive haircut, nice slacks, polished shoes, ironed long sleeves, expensive dress etc. - it's just an impression. I remember when i applied my first job that was 1998 2 months after i walked on the stage and received my diploma - i was only wearing polo shirt, jeans, maroon lowcut chuck taylor - i was accepted.

i've seen a lot of people dress to kill but most of them went down the drain.

just be yourself wear something that you're most comfortable with, don't be fooled or intimated by those applicants wearing almost like they're about to get buried. it's your skills and experience that matters not the dress.

again the dress it's just an impression.

trust me i have been working in Human Resources for 11 years now.
