diba existing naman ang antirabies law?ask langko ha ge state gani didto ang mga dos and donts ug ang mga fines sa mo violate..cguro ang problima ani ang manpower sa ato government kay kulang kaayo sila mga tawo ani..dili maatol tanan ug monitor..ug daghan sad kaayo iresponsible dog owners pasagdahan lang ila mga iro diha sa dalan..

di man cguro ni mawala kay halos kada balay, barangay, town naa jud mga tao na pasagdan lang ang mga iro and buhian. cguro if ang tag iya mutake responsibility and pa injectionan ila iro that could be a start.
