    sa tinooray lang guys, i don't like working in fitness first coz not only complains ang among mafeel but the pressure from the job because of the quota. But I dont have any job to transfer mao nga for the meantime steady sa lang ko dri. I'm actually applying for a call center agent. Id rather be the least consultant with no complains than a top consultant with countless complains. The issue will always start on how the consultant explain to the prospective member. I knew all these things and about that complains posted by Mr. Ryan. try to read my reply as well. Tell me all your complains guys, and i will bravely approach this to our superiors. I dont mind getting reprimanded as long as I could help you.

    mr. mark, if you are really interested to join fitness first, better visit the place before you ask on the ratings cause I'm sure you will really find it too expensive....but if you could visit the club within this week, the club has something good promo to offer that is if you are interested....look for me in the club for more informations....we will not force those who dont want to be one of our members....0928-345-1848...contact me if you are interested....

    But you know what guys, about those money matters, we really dont have the power on that, but we could bring it on to the person incharge of that. hope you also understand how things are happening inside the office. It's not only one or ten people who are having problems about that. And the club is also processing those members who are cancelling or freezing their membership of different reasons. Its really hard to be in this job cause every action must be evaluated first by the head office. We could not put all things in rush.

    About the complains and concerns, I already shared it with our membership manager, fitness manager, membership relations manager and the front of house manager. They all have the same answers:
    "...these things were already ignored by the company coz this is just rumors..."
    ".....this was already the issue before fitness first transfered to a bigger place, and until now, more things are added...even worst than the issue before..." "
    let them believe for what they believe is true, the company is not affected on these things...."
    "we are just following the policies for what we believe is also agreeable to our members."

    these were the answers i got from the 4 managers in the club in different department.....and i think Fitness First Club was just sticking to what their policies are. hope you understand what they want to impart on your side as well. but don't hesitate to talk about things you want to clarrify...the club is open for all...you are most welcome in the club...

    hehehe... my uncle and his wife joined for 1 month only and they got ripped off sad... overcharged them for 1 month more.

    maayo jd cla mo recruit... they called my 2x sa ako mobile phone (dako d i ila marketing budget).. .sa second time ni tawag cla i really told them that i wasnt interested coz i heard so much bad reviews about their service as well as how they ilad people into paying longer for terminated na unta na contracts. thankyouverymuchanddontcallmeanymore!

    i dunno how long they are gonna stay afloat to think there are many other gyms in cebu who offer the same services and stuff... and they arent doing anything to remedy their bad rep pa jd.
