will yes it can be done if we have financially supported, but heck, maglisud man gani hatag og computer sa mga government offices magtrain naman no-on og hacker.

and one thing does who excel in IT are currently working in companies that are paying them higher than the president of the philippines, we have the people but the government won't support it is still useless.

kami mga programmers, nagtrabaho mi para mabuhi amo family, dili mi mag usik usik sa amo time hack then wala support sa government and walay sweldo.

hehe...i hack nimo mga satellite, gps, navigation, communication system, code injection daan sa gidevelope pa ang missile guiding system... unsa pa gamit sa sa airplane og helicopters, long range missiles....og in d first place dili sila kahawa sa ila country.....
ihack ila mga nuclear arsenal system, pabuthon before pa makalupad..hehe
i dont see our country going to war anytime soon.....not in our lifetime i guess....

murag nakabalita ko a few months ago, US and Singapore are hiring talented hackers to join their military... China and north korea has their own army of hackers......

why would you pit the US against the Philippines?
the point here is - why would we even start training hackers when we know that other countries can nip us even before we can start. even if we do succeed in hacking, what can we gain?
i agree that education is important but national security is equally important. if we don't provide logistics to our security forces, we will one day wake up being overrun by rebels.

why would we buy planes now, when we dont see a war in the next 100yrs.. by then ang ato mgapaliton karon antik na na..... if we succeed in upgrading our airforce what would we gain? basin mga general ray mgngisi ana.....sapi napod sila,...
