One more question bro, do you have any idea on their requirements? like the as built house plans(blue print) is it required to have a building permit from OBO? or just a signed and sealed plans by an archt/engr?

Hi naa koy question regarding sa akong existing loan.. nagloan mi 500k payable in 25years.. as of now,more than 5 years na among nabayaran @ 5,050 per month.. we we checked our balance, it comes out nga naa pa mi utang worth 455,000.. (5,050 x 12months x 5years = 303,000) meaning sa P303,000 nga among gibayad, majority napunta sa interest..

Now my question/s:
1. Pwede pa ba nako mapa re-compute nga instead 25years we will make it 7 or 8 years lang.. if yes, maka barato ba mi?

2. If not, unsay other means para maka likay ko sa dako kaayo nga interest?

3. If mo partial ko ug let's say P100,000 - ma deduct ni cya sa principal or just the same mura ra ko ug nag advance payment ug 20 months sa remaining 20 years nako nga utang..
