murag iya point sir kai sa mo violate sa ordinance/ law
dapat mag himo unta ug ordinance/ law for domestic pets. then daku an ang multa sa mo violate

average singaporean kai nag swldo ug 1200 - 1600 SGD

    2. every year dog owner will pay 1000 Php. to Barangay for services like vaccination, tagging and registration renewal. this should ensure that all dogs are well taken cared.
    3. owners should not own to many dogs, if your a breeder you exempted but you must comply with all requirements.
    4. not following the rules will be fined bit time.

This is just my frustration on how to control stray dogs that could be a danger to your loved ones.

what do you think of my idea?

for me.. owner education is the key to success
