this is my idea.
1. owners who do not have a fenced house should not be allowed to own a dog.
2. every year dog owner will pay 1000 Php. to Barangay for services like vaccination, tagging and registration renewal. this should ensure that all dogs are well taken cared.
3. owners should not own to many dogs, if your a breeder you exempted but you must comply with all requirements.
4. not following the rules will be fined bit time.
This is just my frustration on how to control stray dogs that could be a danger to your loved ones.

murag maigo mi ani bro.. heheh.. naa mi 3 aspin.. 1 lhasa apso and 1 GSD.. among 3 aspin kay maka gawas2x ra sa among gate.. mang gukod ug motor ug mga pedicab.. maka disgrasya gyud ni sila madugay.. ako g ingnan ako mama amo lang dad.on sa bukid pero d man siya kay luoy daw.. grabe sad nuon ang kawat dri sa amo subdivision.. pero walay mu dare mukawat sa amo kay naay 3 ka aspin sa gawas.. 1 GSD sa sulod sa gate ug 1 lhasa apso sa sulod sa balay..

what's irradiate? rabbies can be avoided through vaccination and education. and hey..dogs aint just the source of rabbies, it can be anything that has that virus..lol
