Is your spica still on 1.5? Angry birds I believe needs at least 1.6. Just tried searching It on my nexus and it comes up fine

@jordinho: nope,its already Eclair 2.1..i tried searching for it in the Android Market more than 10 times already and no results come up..

just discovered why i can't see angry birds in the market..there isn't a version for my phone..but i will find a way,coz i just rooted my spica..

@jordinho..followed you instructions and got angry birds na gyud..but i still pushed thru with rooting my phone..hehe..thanks alot for the help..will try to search for the other games listed here and then give you a list of my own top 5 games/apps for android..
