Aron mahatagan ka ug Modem/router na naay LAN port (RJ-45), all you have you do is set up Linux in ure pc. (which later on balik ta ug gamit to our favorite OS, the M$ Windows and its prodcucts!!!!.) Kay ang drivers sa USB modems is only for windows, no available for linux.

nag dual boot ko sa latest version sa ubuntu lts 6.06 and the driver for USB modem works fine.

Ang purpose ni mindless kay para pulihan ang speedtouch usb modem with the non-usb speedtouch type... Ipakita nimo sa mga contractors nga walay nahibawan about linux nga kailangan pulihan nila ang usb modem with a non-usb modem kay dili mo work sa linux installation nimo

Mas nindot man ang non-usb speedtouch type...

can u imagine sharing the internet with that USB modem kailangan mag sacrifice ka ug terminal (eg. PC) para maka e-share ang internet. (which is a very bad idea)
