Question Do you think its a reasonable offer?

I had just my interview today for web developer in one of the IT company here in Cebu and they offered me 16k monthly. That is taxable salary still but they have health insurance for employees and basic benefits like sss, pagibig and philhealth. I have been working as a web programmer for 3 years already. 1 year of it, is working here locally and 2 years is working as home base programmer. I only had one client since from the start. My home base rate is more than that. I am paid monthly with my client too and its a net pay already. My SSS and pag-ibig is being paid with my client. I'm into voluntary payment. Currently, I have no health insurance.

Any idea from you guys, if i have to accept the job or not? I'm totally out of my mind. Confuse confuse confuse.

may I ask....what confuses you? do you have a lot of options?

    if yes, okay....choose wisely.
if no, why won't you accept it?

kung ako, iaccept nako xa basta ba wala bond...ehehe! i mean, i can leave the company anytime ba....so, wala ray mawala nako....

I think mao mani mga starting run... given sad nga home based imo work experience, mura ma lessen ang credentials, ask ko, does 16K includes na your allowances or imo rana basic pay?

mura wala man cla allowances sa company, kana lang basic benefits tapos health insurance. 16k is the basic then taxable pa cya.

In Philippines standards,16K can be considered as a hefty salary,
grab it, the if you're not still satisfied, find greener pasture later on.
