    caloreis 168
    fat 11.53
    carbs 5.368
    protein 10.64

    if you look very carefully...
    11.53*9=103.77
    5.386*4=21.544
    10.64*4=42.56

    per gram of fat is times 9 in calories while carbs and protein is 4

    103.77/168= 0.6176*100= 61.76 out of the 168 calories 61.76% of it is fats*

    it is also important to manage your macro-nutrients suggestion is 60%carbs, 30%protein, 10%fats (if you're carb sensitive you may want to shift the carbs for protein and maybe a little more fats)

    I dunno if you guys have tried Boca Burgers. I dunno if it's available at the supermarkets or groceries in the Philippines but if it is, you're lucky. it's the meatless counterpart of those regular burgers. just read thru the nutritional comparison on the link provided if this would be helpful.
