Just ate grandcon's Peking duck, I've noticed it's not the same as before. It's no longer my fave food to look forward to once I visit grandcon.

Again, Grand Majestic serves roasted duck...that is not authentic Peking duck...you need a stone and brick oven to cook Peking Duck-style, not a roasttier or an oven...the duck is hung inside the oven, not skewed.....any restaurant here in Cebu that claims to serve authentic Peking Duck is not being honest....

fellow istoryans, would you prefer na Pekin Duck meat ang inyo mapalit then kamo nalang luto in whatever way you like or ganan mo ug luto daan?..
