sus ui...she's just trying to be funny
and ngano man pud nga iya i-mimic ang katong tarong nato nga english accent nga its not funny man pud?
so iyang i-mimic kato pud kataw-anan which is tinuod pud.

mao lagi na kita pud bitaw in some of our shows or some of our comedians here capitalize pud on some
funny traits or habits of foreigners and mimic them pero have you heard any complaint from them or their
officials calling on to the filipino community for apologies?

its just showbiz...rather than reacting and going ballistic over it why not do
something constructive out of it nalang like really improve our english language skills

It would have not be insulting if they were just joking around ,because comedians or comedy shows sometimes do "exaggerated" imitations on people's accent, but they are NOT.

She was trying to imitate how different nationalities accent in english and she thinks that filipinos speak that way.

This makes me wonder if she also know how almost all koreans speak eng"R"ish?

So..? Is that a big deal..?

I wonder if some of the onion-skinned citizens will react to this.

well she apologized, I hope the hypocritical idiots who are getting pissed off are happy, as if we don't make fun of other races accents too.

no one is allowed to laugh or make a joke these days for fear of offending other people, it's a sad time we live in.
