    For humanitarian reason I think he is right, these guys need to make a living for their family.
    But the sacrifices of the drivers paying extra with the barkers makes the scheme
    not so sound.
    The drivers has so so many things to consider also, boundaries, fuel cost, etc.

    So kanus-a i-legalize ang theft and robbery? Because Soc won't let thieves go hungry?

    How about estafa? So swindlers won't go hungry?
