black lights have a dark filter that remove visible light
but let the UV rays pass through...
UV lights look like regular florescent bulbs but use a different
phosphor that emits UV light.
but they both do the same thing.
the paint is regular water based poster paint you can buy in
national bookstore and other office and school supply shops.
finding which ones react to the UV light is the tricky part
