The giving or receiving of the body for sexual activity for hire but excludes sexual activity between spouses. (Fla. Statutes '94)
Performing for hire, or offering or agreeing to perform for hire where there is an exchange of value, any of the following acts: Sexual intercourse; sodomy, or; manual or other bodily contact stimulation of the genitals of any person with the intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desires of the offender or another.(Kansas Statutes '95)

Too bad the authorities won't even consider studying how lingam and yoni massage are regulated abroad. Even former mayor Tommy Osmena suggested regulation.

i'm pro regulating this type of massage ensuring no hanky-panky is being carried out. Doctors may say that there is no proven medicinal values in getting this type of massage but for a person that has tried it, it was a stress reliever it made me sane again after a long day at work. I think that would mater first, because not everything can be explained by science.
If these ppl are really serious and against about prostitution, these lingam parlors should be last on their list as there are no sexual intercourse being done. They should check out the hubo2x places in cebu that are thriving all around the island.

lingam joint operators should just fight for the legalization of prostitution and not guise themselves as lingam churva experts and regress to outdated, unbelievably ignorant definition of prostitution.
