US had been requesting revival on OV-10 and other prop aircraft for COIN...

the strength of an air force is not entirely base on hardware... it also based on how professional and proficient the pilots are...
WE ARE FIGHTING COIN WAR, STOP M@STURBATING THOSE FANCY HARDWARE THAT ARE INUTILE IN COIN OPERATION
We are just dwelling on FACTS. What particular military aircraft lately have been involved in accidents/crashes leading to unneccessary deaths of PAF personnel? It's the Vietnam-vintage Huey & OV-10. Oh I forgot, kani ra diay ang AIRCRAFT sa PAF actively being used in counterinsurgency operations, or all operations for that matter. NO MATTER HOW PROFESSIONAL & PROFICIENT THE PILOTS ARE (as you are emphasizing), THEY ARE OF NO USE IF YOU DONOT HAVE QUALITY HARDWARE. MAHUROT LANG NI SILA USING FLYING COFFINS. Quality pa diay ni ang 50yr-old aircraft? The airforce is just cannibalizing parts from other similar units just to let other functional ones continue being serviceable. Since the PAF is relying on donated US equipment, AT LEAST THEY CAN TRY TO REQUEST A BIT MORE MODERN UNITS. PROFESSIONAL & PROFICIENT MAN KAHA ATONG PILOTS, SO DILI ISSUE ANG MODERN HARDWARE
