sem break man ron, i wanna try to make a SARI_SARI store inventory / system
libog kung unsa ang mga TABLES and COLUMNS niya....


hehehe naa koi nakat unan jud sa database HAP! basin too mo nga ilad-ilad rani ako pangyu tabang hehehe libog lang jud kung unsay need na tables and columns sa SARI_SARI store?

para sa akoa, mao ni:

Table Name: tblItems
FieldNames:
.Item_num
.Item_Name
.Description
.Price
.Selling_Price
.Quantity

Table Name: tblTransaction
FieldNames:
.Item_num
.Quantity
.Amount
.Date_purchased
.Stat <------- optional (utang or cash)


mao pa lang na ang naa sa akong huna-huna..hehehe... pero pwede nana as starting point sa imong database structure.. kay as you code makita man nimo ang mga important fields nga dapat idungag.

TS, if mag design and develop ka sa imong system whether its for personal consumption, school project, work project, etc. dapat naa ka imagination.

Dili man rocket science mag design. Example kanang imong Sari2x store, unsa man ang naa sa sari2x store? Diba naay Products, Supplier, Employee, Product Category (ie. dry goods, wet goods, food, non-food, etc) og uban pa.

Sa Products unsa attributes na pwede applicable sa sari2x store? Item Name, Price, Quantity, etc,

Supplier sa imong product unsa pwede attributes pwede? Supplier Name, Location/Address, Contact Person, Phone Number, etc.

Kana pa lang daan sa taas naa ka na at least three (3) ka candidate for database table. Pwede pa gyud na nimo i-normalize depende sa complexity sa imong system na gusto.

Again, imagination lang gyud bro. Mas maau pud mag-research pud ka before asking here para at least imong question dili lang mga general question but more specific.

imagination rana

walay mag buot nimo kung unsa nga ngalan sa table or unsa ang pamaagi nimo... just to make sure nga sakto ug na normalize nimo ang DB.
