for me kay sometimes ma jealous ka sa isa ka tao because wala ka ana nga thing nga naa nila so ma insecure ka...and i think mag kuyog sad gyud na sila...ma jealous ka kay insecure man ka...

Not necessarily mag kuyog ang Insecurity ug Jealousy ... naa times na magi-ulawon ang tao kai inscure siya sa iya looks but yes most of the time jealousy is one result of insecurity.

Ako advice: Just focus on all the things that you have and all the things that you are good at.

Mao nai gi ingon nga "Ayaw pag sulti - Ah! swerteha niya oi - kai wala pud ka kahibaw unsa ang malas niya"

Example: Ah! swerteha niya oi naa naman siya Mercedes na car --- pero wala ka kahibaw pila na ang utang ana niya sa Bank.

correct bro!! do not compare yourself to others...just be proud of what you have because for sure not all people got what you have...

pero usahay akong insecurities to the highest level! hehehehe! pero depende ra sad...but i know how to handle it well...
