Well certainly a good question, your having me think for a bit there.

Pag plano namo aning resto we wanted it to be a place where anyone can just come in and enjoy the food, music, people in a very cozy environment sa Mango. At times Mango can be buzzling with people, loud noise etc. We wanted to create an environment na kung dinner time between 7 to say 10 , we would offer to people a place where they can di stress, eat a good dinner, relax in a place with nice lighting, nice interior ( Wood flooring, side panel, chairs ) to help with eyes ... gives a relaxing environment - Thats 1st answer

Now, we thought about the food and told ourselves, yup it would be easy to grill stuff, or follow what everyone else is doing, but my family as well as partners are very particular with food. I'd be lying if I said everything is perfect ... But we are constantly making it very good , currently we have a good recipe na for everything in Menu, but I am very meticulous , I am with the cooks almost everyday to make it better and better until I am satisfied. Currently I am hearing people loving food but we are not going to stop there, we are constantly looking for more stuff to offer para we would be different from everyone here - Thats 2nd answer

Everyone dreams of something , one of my dreams is to have a place where everyone knows each other, new people that walk in will eventually get used to people around making it a fun environment, kinda like automatic na after work before heading home agi mo diri to relax. I have been in radio for some time, playing music, hosting for people (most of the times for free) kay I love doing it. This will be something I will be offering here, giving people a smile, giving people a fun time and playing songs that mean something to customers. Expertise - Thats 3rd Answer

I can go on and on because I love what I am doing , dreams either come true or not , this is one dream that has come true for me and my partners that is why kami maoy mounay sa trabaho kay we love it

Price ranges between 65 to 160 - 170 , but most on the menu are less than latter no.
