    Default Unsaon pagreformat ang write-protected USB Drive?


    Unsaon man pagreformat ang na write-protected nga USB drive? Usually nahitabo ning nawrite-protected ang USB drive tungod sa virus. Bisa'g adto sa Linux, dili siya maformat bisa'g naka root ka or superuser mode.

    wala d ay sya kana murag lock bro nga protect ug unprotect ang purpose?

    ahmm try lang daw sa dosmode bro... ako i suggest unta kay adto sa ubuntu pero na try na diay nimo sa linux so wala na lain paagi kundi sa dosmode.. or how about delete all its contents first sa linux b4 formating? apil naa iyang mga ".ini" na file kay usually diha nka reside ang iyahang script..

    sakto si luwid. usually naay switch to write-protect. but not sure if present ni sa tanan USB flash drives. sa external mini-hdd, murag naa jud ni. in your case, murag ambot. na damage cguro ang something sa usb drive hihihi, probably done by software (OS) but it's unusual to me, karon pako pwde diay na. murag nahimo ug ROM.

    works wonders on any storage device you want to clean. not sure if it fits your description but its worth a try. wuts the worst that could happen, drive gets wiped? isnt that the whole point?¿ :P

    If dili gihapon TS you may try this using Windows XP CD and plug your USB before ka mo start ug padagan sa imong CD. Ug maabot nka sa Disk OPtion sa windows xp like mag format makakita ka sa imong drive, e select lng unya format...

    I hope maka tabang ni..

    bro try this....

    insert the usb to computer
    click run- type cmd

    after command prompt open...
    type format...


    example.... ur usb drive f...

    type... format f: enter
    after enter again...

    Ang drive walay write-protect switch.

    Ako na gisulayan ang cmd, same gihapon. Disk is write-protected ghapon.

    Ako unyang sulayan ang ubang mga suggestions.
