    just wana ask,ang 20% night diff,giunsa na pagcompute?
    dapat ba kining mga butanga nakabutang sa job offer contract o sometimes wah gyud nakabutang didto ang about sa overtime pay and other stuff?basic pay lang ang nakabutang o dapat stated gyud sya sa contract?sensya na kay naglibog gyud ko..

    me too, work in the callcenter for almost 2 years, pero kapoy cgeg night shift. even weekends night shift gihapon.

    yup. actually either sykes or ps ka gikan dili mudawat ang convergys and vice versa because sa agreement sumthin. sykes and convergys kay common ra na ang ilang mga account gi handle but i dunno sa ps. they're lukin for fresh grads or katong wla pay experience sa callcenter mao na if mkahibaw gani sila if they're from lain, reject dretso.

    ako friend nadawat na sa convergys, they're having training here sa convergys alabang for about a month man siguro. sya mismo nisturya nako. tapad ragud ang convergys bldg sa among skul.

    kung ganahan mo daku jud nga sweldo, adto nalang mo e-telecare kay naay commission pero syempre depende sa performance.

    according to labor code, if u work night shift (between 10PM-6AM) naa jud ka xtra pay, that is night diff or hazard pay. atomatik na siya. di na kinahanglan ibutang sa job offer kay mandated na sa labor. depende na sa company pila ka percent ila pay, say 20% ang uban, 10% ra man gani sa previous employer nako. meaning naa ka additional 20% of ur per hour (20 if per hour nimo is 100) aside sa basic pay.

    so if u work from 10P-6A then wa ka ND or HP, pwede ka kareklamo sa labor. okies?
