MOST INSTITUTE. reasonable ra ang ilang tuition.

hmm.. just an opinion.. its hard to find cheap schools with world class training.. but if u want cheap and "okay" training u could try MOST. i have known some friends who are now working at marco polo cebu who graduated from MOST.. to how far it takes them, well.. its up to ones dedication. try inquiring other culinary schools here in cebu...

You can take classes sa Caro & Marie. Per category ang charge nila.
There's also Cebu Mary Immaculate College in Talamban. They're offering commercial cooking classes (6-9PM) MWF. It's a 3-month course, around 9k ra ang tuition. But that doesn't include ingredients.
