A lone bettor has become the latest lotto multi-millionaire after having won the more than P152 million jackpot in the Super Lotto draw last Tuesday night. The lucky bettor is from Luzon, having placed the bet in Naic, Cavite, according to Liza Daguyo, assistant general manager for online lottery of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office,
Daguyo said the bettor won the total jackpot of P152,513,661.60 in the 6/49 Super Lotto draw last Tuesday night.
Daguyo said the lucky bettor has yet to come forward to claim the hundred-million peso jackpot.
The lucky bettor correctly placed the winning combination of 22-35-29-21-33-26, according to the PCSO.
Daguyo said that apart from the jackpot winner, there were also 22 bettors who won P56,000 each: 1,348 who won P1,000 each and 31,917 bettors who won P100 each. These were the bettors who correctly guessed only some of the digits in the winning combination.
Meanwhile, a lone bettor also won the P18,606,636 jackpot in the 6/45 Megalotto draw last Monday night.
According to Daguyo, the lucky bettor correctly placed the winning combination of 06-17-24-45-22-28.
Daguyo said the bet was placed also in Luzon and the said winner of the Megalotto jackpot has yet to claim the prize from the PCSO as of yesterday afternoon.
The 6/49 Super Lotto remains the PCSO’s most popular game. It registered the biggest jackpot in history at a whopping P347 million in February 2009.
In another lotto game, the jackpot prize for the Grand Lotto has reached a projected P272 million.
No bettor won the jackpot in last Monday night’s draw with a winning combination of P43-38-26-02-12-48. (30)
