mas ok gyud ug bnew sir... then part by part lang pag palit then ikaw na ang mag assemble para sure gyud ka nga in good terms gyud tanan. its also has individual warranty but not all is the same. it also depends on the item that you are buy. just ask some advice to those who are well known istoryan here who can really build your own rig that you will never regret. godbless and goodluck.
Brand new.. less hassle and headache free from hidden unwanted problems..
if youre patient enough, sometimes, you can buy used great performing rigs with that price. and also you can buy used processor with less worries because processors specially intel have very small possibility of failing. i have brought 4 core2duo's and a core2quad at a very cheap price even from recently joined istoryans and have never encountered any deffect.
You might be able to get a great deal buying a second hand, especially if you really know what you are looking for. But for electronics/computers it's really worth buying brandnew.

if budget permits go for brandnew. at least f there is defect you still can return thru warranty compare to used one, pretty sure there are some parts that might need replacement when time come.
