    unsay pasabot anang calories diha? meaning sa ingon ana kadak-on 150 calories ang naa niana

    i dont think you should starve yourself just because you want to lose weight, what happens if you reached your goal na? what happens if you cannot stop yourself in eating those "sinful foods" again? di ba kaha ka marebound? is it best that you eat those in moderation nalang? pawala lang sa craving and things like that...

    if you watch closely.. it's 150 calories per 30 grams.. but the whole pack is about 160 grams...

    basically calories are the unit of energy used by the body... when you have suplus it is stored..
