and i thought convergys is gonna beat all other callcenters here in terms of pay and benefits...

apil man ko sa first batch sa s*kes noh... and now still in s*kes... so i really can't compare one call center from the other...

pero ever since pa pagsugod namo... everybody was talkin about convergys payin around 20k :WOW: ...we all cant wait for them to come...

but wen dey came... many of my co-workers went der to apply.. pero gi turn down dayon sila, wala nay interview2x... dili daw mudawat og mga taga-lain call center.. dey say its bcoz convergys and s*kes are both doing outsourcing for the same account.

wala lang... hehe. naanad mi nila julienne nga mag * ana sa s*kes para di obvious. hehe.

nope.. but for sure.. ig adto nimo.. mu ingon ka gikan ka lain call center... di sila mudawat nimo.

na.a sad na dawat sa convergys nga taga skyes karn depends ra gyd cguro... ang convergys nga basic is only 10,000 kng night shift na.ay additional 20% then na.a pud allowance, and 20K did2 sa manila...

naa man non-compete clause (clause-if i'm not mistaken) ang mga contact centers. ang akong nahibaw-an is among convergys,etelecare and PS. i dunno if convergys and sykes have that too, though.my friend applied at convergys for HR and she was about to be offered the position but then they discovered she worked for PS a month ago so gibawi nila..na discourage sad ko coz i've been to 2 contact centers this year so i guess i'll just have to wait one year before i could apply there...

ic... so 10 ra gyud ang basic d ay...but i've heard na ang ka nice sa ilaha is ang night differential kay per hour and murag daku...hope dili lang to hambog akong nadunggan...and murag sa ND palang daan daku na kaayo ila rate oi...istorya ra nuon nah wala ko kita ila payslip...apply dayon mo convergys...go!! while supply last...hehehe...murag shampoo..*simang*
