Natural way of getting rid of White Heads..

guyz,,unsay para pawala sa small white heads nga di magamit ug mga para sa nawong na mga medicines,ako girub pirmi ug face towel mawala tood gamay pero..hapdos na noon kau..di sad ko ganhan mamutang ug medicine kay alergy unya sensetive kau.any suggestions? ...help guys..huhuhuh

bro...i-sauna imo face....butang ka hot water sa basin...unya duol imo face...careful lang ha nga di kaayo init...nya mo steam man na towqrds your face (pag pandong lang ug labakara aron di ka escape ang steam)....manggawas na naturally ang white/black heads di na kailangan i-prick...sunod nimo wash sa face ma tangtang na....

about sa steam ba, i think not more than 20 minutes. ing-ana man gud kung mag steam inhalation. mapaso man ang nawng madugayan.

Use sugar when rubbing that... ok this is what i do


ponds facial scrub or soap and white sugar...

una lather a small amount of ponds facial scrub sa imo face then taplak sa nawong na wet.. massage cya hangton ka create ka ug foam... hehehe (tsk tsk tsk...) or ang soap ba kaha imo gamiton...whatever you like basta di lang detergent hehehhe... then i-apply ang sugar sa imo face... so use that sugar as a scrub as much as possible kuskusa maayo to spots na naa white head labi na na nose ay... sa imo cheeks ang pag rub nimo circular ang motion ha... tapos after that if di pa mawala try again na sab... p
tapos pra ma relax imo face...

try this

egg yolk and brown sugar mask...

mix egg yolk and brown sugar... after that i-apply sa imo face... then let it dry... (feels good)

then after that wash ur face, then use that soap and sugar scrub na pod...

or pwede pud St. ives apricot scrub.. mao ni ako gamit sa gagmayng white heads ako nose dapit..

mm... use savona green tea na soap.. have used one bar pero now lang ko nka feel sa iyang effect.. u should leave it longer on your face d i.. mga 1 min or so.. pag wash nimo after mura mu shrink white heads and pimple gamay
