    knza`y mka hatag ug food plan nq?, nagplano mn unta q mag diet!, nya wala q khbw unsa akng kan.on! ( nya gah gym sd q krn!, pah model body lng bah!

    i suggest is drink 4 glasses of water immediately after you wake up, then eat the normal meal,

    normal meal ra nmo...
    after gym ayaw sa ug eat 1 hr after...

    mo depend sad na sa imo body kung unsa angay...
