    unsaon diay pagprepare sa radish.. last saturday man gud nagkilaw ko, tapos nagpalit ug radish para sagol. kakaon ko dati sa carenderia nga naa radish unya lami xa.. mao to gusto nako itry.. ako nadunggan dati na para mawala daw ang kapait kay pugaan ug asin... mao to akong itry na kwanan ug asin.. mao lng man ghapon.. pait xa... unsa diay tama na pagprepare sa radish aron mawala2x iyang pagkapait? ako na ghumulan ug asin, pinugaan na ug asin.. mao ra man ghapon haskang paita.. pls tell me kung unsa right way... thanks.

    ay i love my pickled radish hehehehehe. my father who has NEVER liked radish all his life...loves my radish pickles.

    slice it really really thin. i slice mine with this mandolin na we have had for years already. kung wala ka nyan...then use the peeler. then i layer radish...fine salt...radish....fine salt...so on and so forth. after a while (a few minutes..mga 10-15 siguro) i make piga...as in like in coconut piga ha...and then let it puff up in the vinegar. ang pickling solution? diskarte mo na yan (aabante akoh! tsaring. hehehehehe).

    ^^thanks poh! try ko po yan... fine salt pla.. rock salt kasi gnamit ko... tapos binabad ko sa tubig.. waheheheh.. thanks poh ulit.

    i dont like rock salt kc masakit ipiga...yun lang naman ang reason hahahahhahahhaha
