dili pud nimo ma blame ang nag OT kay in the first place ni OT ni sila because if the promise of the INCENTIVES so sala pud sa SYKES why nag saad sila ug ing-ana nya dili diay ka deliver de bah... so mao ng mangita gyud a sila kay nanginabuhi man pud... pero sakto ka dapat dili unta mag hilas2x bitaw kay edukado bya ta tarung lang gud ug storya...

yups. i agree na naa pud responsibility ang company regarding the incentives. i really have no problem with that. unta lang, dili mag hilas2x ang mga taw kung mo follow up sila. gipa basa bitaw ko sa email sa usa ka employee nya gi tambagan to nako na dili mag ingana kai ma dala raman na to ask politely coz i'm sure the higher ups are also doing what they can to deliver their promises

Regarding the OT Incentive. There are actually several reasons why some people are complaining. The agents were informed na it'll go directly sa ATM after 5 days AND there was actually a process ana. Everybody was informed about the process and it was good. But then, wala siya nasunod. That is as far as I know. I'm not blaming accounting or what ha. Lets say you were in their shoes, gi-explainan mo ug tarong then you'll expect after 5 days makuha... then wala diay. XD It doesnt sound good man gud. And then again, (1) People can make mistakes but (2) ang procedure nila wala na klaro?

Enrollment is from OCTOBER 18 TO NOVEMBER 2, 2010.

Nalimot ko unsa ang specific requirements, depende man gud kung kinsa imong i-enrol..
Adto lang sa INtranet then click lang toh ang HMO. =)
