Please post any info on WHERE we can find a hydrotheraphist, or a swimming expert in Cebu that can handle a one year old special child. Water theraphy is good in his condition to strengthen his muscles & weak joints.
Any referrals to an individual or even an organization/institution who is willing to help his case, would be greatly appreciated.
