Thinking positively, maybe they let the Garcia's be, especially gwen. Seeing how many more mistakes she will make and then pounce on her. If she didn't have the "Garcia" family name, she would be a nobody.

Actually bro per instruction of PNoy, DILG Sec. Robredo came here in cebu to meet with ViceGov Sanchez, JunJun Davide, Mayor Rama, Cong. Osmeña,and other Liberal Party Members to talk about settling with issues like provincial lots, Gwen's harassment to ViceGov, coming brgy election, etc..

this is funny ... social services? 50% ? that's a big joke!!! looking at those rotten public school buildings, way klaro nga district hospitals and lack of medicines in health centers.. heck? where's the 50% budget there? kami mga pobre kung maospital ma ahat nalang pa admit sa private kay ning adto sa district hospital kulang gamit kundi walay lugar ka admintan...
