bro...dis is serious ha...self mdication or first aid is ok but better see a doctor....naay doctor na wiling mo help sa ani na mga isssues? best all betadne kay sa alco....

no alcohol oi makaluto na samot sa samad... water nalang to cleanse the wound - clean water mas maau if luke warm pero see a doctor jud oi so you'll be properly treated...
