ASUS Laptop problem occurs? experts need your help..

Mga experts ask unta ko..I just purchased a laptop ASUS then mag almost (1) month na cya karong Wednesday. Then ang issue kay mo FREEZE or HANG cya as in total system hang I cant crt+alt+del it started ni a week ago nga nag burn ko then while burning ni kalit lang ug hang then of course maski ako pa gipaabot ug mga 20 mins mao raman gihapon wala man mahuman ug burn then ako nalang gi off on the power button sa lappy then on nako napud then ok raman cya for couple of days napu pero lately this week succeeding najud iyang hang sa ika duha gikan ni gi gamit ang laptop nako for couple of hours then gi off then ako napud gi on kay naa koy tanawon na file pag browse nako sa internet mga 5mins gikan nako pag on ni hang so off napud nako sa ika 3 na times ni hang gabii pag gamit nako sa micro SD card then pag kuha nako sa card ni kalit lang cya pud ug hang...


My questions are:

1. Usay cause sa akong system why man (3) times cya ni hang? possible kaha battery cause ani kay usually di nako ibuton ang charger maski humana cya ug charge... pls advised?

2. Ako gi buhat kay after sa 3rd hang issue ako gi flash ang bios using EZ flash during boot up upon entering BIOS and pressing del or f2. Ako questions kay pag flash nako sa bios kita nako nag process ang pag update sa bios pero human I thought mo restart cya or even mo sulti successfully flashing wala man diretso raman ug shutdown?? normal rana cya?

3. Ako gi buhat kay hibong manko ako gi flash ang bios (2) times para jud ma prove nako nga sa pag flash why ni shutdown man cya? same raman gihapon after flashing shutdown cya? ana jud diay ang process niya wala mangud ko kita ug successful message pero after that pag on nako ok man wala may problema na update man ang bios.... ako question kay sa ako na case ok raba kaha ako gi flash ang bios (2) times di kaha madaut?

4. Diba usually 1 month direct replacement man ang laptop sa mga pc stores usually pero sa akoa 7 days ra pwede kaha nako ma contest? pls advised.

bro,
1. possible virus ang hinongdan sa hangup sa imong lapi.
2. Your OS bro, one of the sysstem file sa windows corrupted, thats why inig-enitialize sa system dli xa kapadayon kay nag-stop ang iyang gerequire na services. etry ug re-install ang OS or go to C:> din type gpupdate /force din enter...reboot ur lapi din retry.
3. Dont attend to reflash ur BIOS to update if warnty pa unit, for sure ask ur supplier 4 advise.

@Adamson: Salamat pero mao lage so far so good man cya...ako man gi update ang bios 2X coz the first time I updated it shuts down mao ako gi balik ug reflash basin naay prob pero same raman gihapon mo off cya human ug flash.

Ang OS newly installed lang wala pay week WINDOWS 7, then ako pud gi memtest at 6 passes walay problema or errors. If virus murag possible pero ako pa jud ni klarohon..thanks

try safemode ... pasagdi kung mag hang ba... nganu decide man dayun ka sa bios... wapa gani ka sure asa deperensya... Legit na imong OS?

@luwid: Bro 3 times panang ni hang pero intermittent la ko kabalo unsay cause. Yup ako gi update coz outdated naman ang bios nako then of course naka encounter kog problema then usually system total hanging murag pwede na cguro hilabtan ang bios needs update na so that's what I did. I had no problem for now for 1 day ako pa obserbahan pero if madala nako uli sa store for Direct replacement mas maayo.

Cge update lang ko nya...

i think lang sa side nako brontok virus na xa..that kind of virus of hang ang pc/ laptop nimo kai iya man gud basahon ang file na zero ang bits. try daw tan aw sa my document nimo kung na bay naka duplicate na folder na zero ang size niya...

Update: I tried to test it today using seatools windows based. Now it fails on "LONG DST TEST!" I think 20% lang wala niya nahuman ug test....

I think this is the cause is the HDD failure...

Confirmed HDD is the culprit! Now I had a new replacement. I dont know why ing ana ka dali ma daut ang HDD or daut na cguro jud cya wa la ni occur...
