Not in the case of USC bec. not all students are complaining with the policy. USC is a private Catholic institution which stands firm and stands by its policies. Some people wouldn't understand it now because they are too concern with themselves that they hardy adjust their sails to the winds of change. Yes it could never be real as of the moment.U
very good.U
haven't you heard about students transferring to other schools bec. of policies and not on the kind of education USC has?
then what should be the limitations? Did it actually step the rights of others? Now tell me what rights are you talking about, human rights in the context of Philippine laws and international laws.
i have a barkada who is of Indian descent. They are known to be hairy, very hairy. But I didnt hear any complaint fom him regarding the policy of USC, as a matter of fact his facial hair in the jaw line and inferior portion of his face is so immense likened to a virgin forest if not shaved for 5 days. But how did he manage to follow the policy? well he is just open minded and flexible to the policy. He didnt rally about it, he's not too selfish about his case that he wanted to be exempted from the policy.
for that particular policy, i think it has something to do with grooming but if you really look it in a wider scope and its impact on society, generally policies are created for students to follow and when they are released by the school as soon as they graduate it wouldnt be hard for them to follow simple rules in the professional arena and to follow the laws of the land.
if you cant follow simple rules like this how can you even follow the laws of the land which are complex?
See? they have an alternative way of following the policy instead of shaving entirely the mustache they manage to trim it down and cut using the scissors. See, how creative they are? hehe. They can do it, they can actually control it from growing immensely. Of course you cant control its growth, its part of nature, its part of the anatomy otherwise it loses its significance but you have the will to shorten it and trim it. People can actually find ways to flex with the policies.
UP is known for quality education, there is more freedom in that school, maybe students could transfer there. The assurance that USC has given to its students is weaved in the fashion of academic excellence and quality education.
not really, i mean seriously it haven't reached the saturation point, issues are very minor, same old issues, still unsuccessful. History tells it. Now it would be a challenge for some students whose crusade are centered on issues of haircut and the like to change the course of history. Would they be successful? tell that to the priests....U
