The HD5770 DDR3 is slower than the HD4670 DDR3 w/c is a bit slower than the 9600GT w/c is slower if not on par with the GT 240 GDDR5. Don't know how a DDR2 based 9800GT performs, if only someone could give a gpu-z screenshot on it. A 9800GT E-Green performs almost the same with a 9600GT vanilla. A DDR2 version would mean a much lower clock speed. Say about 1200mhz DDR on the memory clock. Using the formula to compute for the memory bandwidth:

    Memory speed*bit interface/8 bits/1000

    That is:

    1200*256/8/1000=

That is 38.4 Gb/s. The GT 240 has about 57.6GB/s.

Advantage ra sa 9800GT is 16 rops instead of 8 vs the GT 240 and 112 shader vs the GT 240's 96. Not sure how those advantage could compensate sa almost half of the memory bandwidth lost because of the use of DDR2.

so it would be Inno3D 9800GT 512ddr2 or Inno3D GT240 512ddr5 128bit then.. hehe tnx kaau sa infos^^ asa jud kaha aning duha..
