Spec-V: as long as that business is not handed to u during ur marriage i think she has no right over it...usually conjugal properties refer to properties acquired during the span of ur marriage...i maybe wrong but thats my understanding

Hmmmm... seems like people are really getting more & more practical these days.
Pre-nup? Di ba na lain?
Doesn't that show na you don't trust your partner enough sa sugod pa lang?
I mean, you decided to accept his proposal (or decided to pop that question to ur gf) coz u know u can entrust him/her with your life & with your future kids... Now if pre-nup agreement comes in between, doesn't your future marriage appear like a trial & error thing? Or murag contractual na ang gawas ana?

ngano insulto man.......... what is girls asset will be the girls asset and it will be her discretion..... what is the boys asset will be the boys asset and it will be his discretion to transfer it.
