Can we, the General Public, view the liquidation of this 21-Billion budget down to the smallest item bought?

I couldn't forget that fateful day. I saw it in the news. Ug sa dihang kalit lang nawala ang mga Lakas Kampi reps nga present unta sa Batasan that time, ang uban gituyo gyud og absent aron dili ka-attend sa session. Ang uban nitago sa ila mga opisina. Haay naku, since there was no quorum, the bill was not passed. Halata ra kaayo it was a partisan move. Si Speaker Nograles obviusly dili pwede mutago kay siya man ang leader, hehe.. Sayang ang FOI bill oi, it was supposed to be a milestone in our history. Daghan civilians ni attend including the bigwigs of journalism and media, all of us were waiting for nothing. Dismayado ang tanan.

If this is really your sentiment, then why don't you ask your idol Pres GMA and her minions on why they derailed the passing of the FOI Bill last congress?

    Owned.

she should be barking pretty well about CCT. during her time, she was one of its advocator, di ba, if not the major author. hahahahhaha.

one thing that I am against about this CCT is that we could not properly monitor if the money have really reached to the poorest of the poor because as per observation, some of the recipients were those who were favored and related to DSWD officials. Indeed there pose a problem with regards to its liquidation. basin wala ta kahibaw, gi magic na ning mga kwartaha.
