there was one time nag order ning isa ka customer lets say CUSTOMER1 nag order xa aning telephone timer. we chatted online, he have a lot of questions and i answered everything. tapos pagka ugma nanawag jud xa sa landline and i was talking to him about almost an hour. kay cge man balik2x tawag.
and so ni order siya. nag downpayment. he even want it a day after w/c is ni agree nlng akong brother aron mabuhat lang jud (usual process is 2 days after) then na human na ang order so he pick it up and then bring it home and used it.. he called me back and said "DI DIAY NI MO RING KUNG TAWAGAN?" and for the term "PAY PHONE" the phone will be use if you pay.. so you will just hear the ring IF YOU DROP A COIN..in short IF YOU PAY...
and he wants to return it. akong brother nag yaw2x and its not lalim nga ma kasab-an ko sa akong brother (ang nag butang ug effort nga mahimo ang product on time, ang ni invest ug time para sa customer) ... and so i am pushed to apply this rule.
hope you all could understand. THIS IS A MADE TO ORDER PRODUCT. so please CLARIFY YOUR QUESTIONS, WANTS, NEEDS BEFORE YOU ORDER AND PAY.. aron klaro tanan.
and anyway I AM NOT THE ONLY SELLER who is applying this kind of rule here in istorya.net OR if you compare it to stores.
NOTE: NO RETURN AND NO EXCHANGE POLICY will be VOID IF.. AND ONLY IF it is MANUFACTURE DEFECT. if sa parts lang, we can change the parts if the whole thing, we can try to solve it ELSE make another NEW ONE.
