> kindly check your wiring ang the fuses being used in your system.
Let's just assume that each of your amp could deliver 400 watts, in that sense
since there 2 of them, your total system has around (2x400watts) 800 watts of
power.
> if you have 800 watts of power which will drive your system, you will need the following:
a. 4 gauge power cables (both for ground and positive)
b. main fuse of around 120 amperes
c. distribution block with fuse at least 40 amperes each. ( to know what fuse to use on your distribution block, check the fuses being utilized on your amp)
> Improving the ground connection in your system.
- ensure that grounding cables are installed in the following areas:
1. Neg Terminal of the Battery to the Car's Body
2. Car's Engine block to Body
3. Car's engine to Alternator
> Power Capacitors
- 1 farad will be able to sustain a 1000 watt system.
- based on experience, generic power caps will more often than not give you the desired output.
- hence, kindly invest in branded power caps, such as rockford fosgate, lightning audio, etc....
> daewoo racer alternator
-- 70 amperes
-- you can upgrade to 90 to 120, if you can find an alternator which can fit into
your engine bay and other pulleys...
