    Guys,

I have here now the checklist, requirements for SEC:

    SEC REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

    I. REGISTRATION OF CORPORATIONS
    B. Non-Stock Corporation
    Basic Requirements

    1. Name verification slip

    2. Articles of Incorporation and By-laws

    3. Affidavit of an incorporator or director undertaking to change corporate name

    4. List of members, certified by the Corporate Secretary

    5. List of contributors and amount contributed certified by the treasurer

Note: Items 3, 4, and 5 need not be submitted if already stated in the Articles of Incorporation
    Additional Requirements
For Foundations: Notarized Certificate of Bank Deposit of the contribution of not less than P1,000,000.00; and Statement of willingness to allow the Commission to conduct an audit

For religious corporations: Refer to Sections 109-116 of the Corporation Code of the Philippines, and add an affidavit of affirmation or verification by the chief priest, rabbi, minister or presiding elder

For federations: Certified list of member-associations by corporate secretary or president

For condominium corporations/associations: Master Deed with primary entry of the Register of Deeds and certification that there is no other existing similar condominium association within the condominium project

For neighborhood associations: Certification from the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) that there is no other existing homeowners’ or similar association in the community where the association is to be established

    --------

So now we need to finalize the name so we can move forward.

I would suggest that we should set a deadline on voting for the names so we can finalize it.

Another suggestion is to require everyone to submit a formal letter of intent to join the organization, these will be the very names where the officers will be selected or elected. So maybe let's appoint a temporary corporate secretary to receive and file all those letters.

    There will be requirement fees.

And there's a lot of things more to do but we are getting there!
Everyone is eager and very cooperative. Others are bit curious and cynical!

These are the utmost priorities for now. Let the group know if you have any suggestions regarding the things mentioned above.

    Cheers!

guys, why don't u just go create a free wordpress/blogspot website then post all your designs there. u can always transfer if di namo ganahan. from there, usa mo mag decide sa inyo names/logo and rules and regulations.

i also suggest you try to cover the UX (user experience design (content, architecture, interaction designing) area/topic, nihit kaayo na nga talent/skill. just my opinion though. i used to be part of a web app development team, nya lisod jud mangita og UX designers diri sa pilipinas.

i would really love to see you make it.
