Altec Lansing 251 speaker problem (No Sound)

I have a altec lansing 251 5.1 gaming surround speaker at home, the problem is i lost its driver CD, the speaker has no sound, anybody would like to help me on where i cod get the driver of this speaker. I need help.

Di man tingali sa speaker drivers imong problema, i think naa sa soundcard drivers did you try another set of speakers if naa bay soud output ?

imho, speakers like those you have don't need drivers. its sound source (the sound card) does, just like what EarlZ said. did you install any audio drivers for your pc?

Im not even aware of any speakers that need drivers..

But only the soundcard that need drivers especially if not XP OS.

USB based speakers need drivers. These speakers don't.

Clariication: Most are plug n play if you're not using an ancient Windows version. Plug n play doesn't mean it doesn't have drivers it only means that Windows already incorporated that driver into the OS.

bro unsai problem ato?i had the same experience dili lang altec,it was creative 2.1 nawagtang lang kalit iyang sound one day...mo tingug man ang speaker from another device (mp3 player,vcd player) pero sa pc dili na mogawas iyang audio....buit in iyang sound card...need sad kog help,ty
