K-12 is a good idea but not for us.. just yet..

Let the government fix the perennial problem in our education.

Who would want to push through the K-12 when some of the public schools are already dilapidated, there's a major prob of overcrowding in every classrooms, lack of teachers and 1 textbook to 3 or 4 students ratio?

Why am I emphasizing on the public schools alone? From these statistics, you can see THE BIG PICTURE in our education system. I have witnessed from the end point of these schools and it just breaks my heart to see the kids given such mediocrity and to think we have all the budget yet the officials are being too stingy on these kids.

I know Pnoy's aim is for QUALITY EDUCATION and to be at par with the other nations but does quality education entail additional years for our kids to be competent?

This is really frustrating because we aren't done yet with our current problems, we add another burden at our kids' expense.

If I were PNoy, fix our education system first. Build more school buildings. We have so many education graduates yet unemployed, hire them because 60 kids in one room is totally not QUALITY EDUCATION in my book.

what the government should fox first is the philippine educational system, tarungon nang mga teachers sa public na grabe kaau mangwarta, tarungon ang mga facilities..

nindot ni ang k12 but not for our economy now..
mas dapat gani bhaton kai practison sa mga teachers ang pagka-critical thinker sa mga studyante.. kung critical thinker na sila then ma ready na jud na sila for college..
