Mine is, i wash my face using ponds pore refining facial wash and then apply ponds detox kahuman wash.

cleanse with papaya,carrot or neutrogena soap (,choose from the products,) then apply toner, and moisturizer preferably mild ones like celeteque or cetaphil, twice a week use apricot scrub for exfoliation. You will have great skin. If you have breakouts apply diffren cream or acne gel like eskinol. Ive tried many products before but what i mentioned so far are the best in the market at affordable price.

i just wash my face with nivea foaming facial wash (ambot mao ba na basta nivea..hehe), then apply PONDS detox cream. then sumtimes, if di ko kapoyan mag St. Ives mineral clay firming mask.

i have to take those pills with food some are softgels and some are big so usually, after breakfast that is why i have to have something at least crackers to eat so i can take those supplements everyday. i also take pills to cleanse my intestinal tract called flat stomach. All in all i pop up 5 of those pills a day, everyday.

i wash my face then apply cold cream to remove make-up and dirt then apply toner and then apply moisturizer. in the mornings i use whitening cream then minutes later apply sunscreen
