all the prices are SRP. I'm still trying to find a more cheaper way of shipping that won't take too long.

I currently have the Hydra 300 powerkite. If you want to try it out, let me know so we can schedule a windy day for you to try it out.

of course, libre ang demo no commitment to buy

Hydra – Train on the water

Over 70 % of the earth`s surface is covered by water – now you can train on it. HQ–Powerkites proudly introduces the Hydra, the world`s first and only water relaunchable trainerfoil. Extremely stable and easy to fly, this closed cell ram–air foil has no bladders to inflate or replace, yet it floats on water. A third line provides the safety system and the ability to reverse launch, making it perfect for use with absolute beginners. The Hydra flies great in low winds and generates plenty of pull for bodydrags when the wind is strong.

    * ready to fly out of the bag - lines are already attached
    * closed cell system provides water relaunchability
    * easy to relaunch in any position with third line system
    * safety system included
    * internal drainage system with dirt-outs
    * stitched Dyneema bridle for strength

SRP: (PHP prices are approximate based on FOREX)

    Hydra 300 - $265.99 or approximately PHP 12,236
    Hydra 350 - $322.99 or approximately PHP 14,858

post here or PM me for a demo of the Hydra

    What's the difference between a two-lines & a three-lines?

  6. #6
hi herp, the main difference between the 2 line and 3 line trainer kites is that the third line is being used as a brake line and is also being used as a reverse launch line.

check out the video, it's easier to see how it works:

    Hydra 3 line kite

    rush 3 pro 300 3 line kite

    rush 3 250 2 line kite

you will notice that the third line acts as your kill switch. that's where you hand strap is connected to. on the 2 line kites, your hand strap is attached to one of the lines, so when you let the bar go, it only one line has tension, making the kite lose its form and power.
