Muslims can be an Arabs, a Europeans, an Americans and Asians. Look where Europe is going now, Christianity in Europe is on the verge of collapsing, people in Europe are going to be an Atheist or a Muslim but thanks be to God more are coming to Islam because Islam has to more to offer than Atheism and it is the fastest growing religion on earth.

I don't know, I just found this thread recently and I was encouraged to interact in the spirit of sharing and not to stir hatred and bashing other faiths/ideology.

i have questions------

-what previous revelations does the Qur'an is guarding?

First Muslims believes in all the Prophets sent by God to mankind, some of these Prophets came with a certain revelation like Suhuf of Prophet Abraham, Torah of Prophet Moses, Psalms of Prophet David and Prophet Solomon, the Gospel(Injil) of Prophet Jesus (may the peace and blessings be upon them all) and in the course of time these revelations were corrupted. So God sent the last and final testament, the Qur'an to Prophet Muhammad(may the peace and blessings be upon him).

-what do you mean to restore the eternal truth of God? was it lost? how?

The eternal truth is that, there is only one God worthy to be worshipped and He is Allah(glory be to Him). During the rough road of civilization God sent Prophets and Messengers to guide mankind to worship only one God, but this original message has been corrupted by the people instead of worshipping the one who send, they worshipped the one being sent others worshipped their own manmade God.

-So it means there is zero errors in the Qur'an?

Yes, Muslims believes so, as it was revealed by the Creator Himself.

-why is there a need to reaffirm the Eternal Divine Message?

In order to worship the One and Only True God.

Settle past religious disputes of who really is worthy to be worshipped. Bro, don't misinterpret the word disputes here, it doesn't connote physical confrontation. And don't accuse Islam fueled a lot of disputes and if you mean this to be war, tell me a single Muslim or Islamic country who invades other sovereign country. There's a World Conspiracy to malign Islam now but in spite of that people are coming to embrace Islam in magnitude.

one thing i know for sure... because of conversion from malcolm little to malcolm X and his trip to mecca, did he struggle for the fight for a free blackman in america, and eventually lead to his death. not because he is black and radical, but because of being a true muslim opposing to the ways of Elijah Muhammad he was killed by his fellow muslim brothers. only in mecca, did he saw that all men are equal and no race is supreme.

should be the same in religion too. no religion should be supreme over the others.

Sis, kanindot ba sab ana nga offer no! daghan na gyud unta nadato didto nga mga Filipino nga nag-Muslim kay daghan baya nag-Muslim didto sa Saudi lang. Abi nimo di ko motuo ana kay didto na ko, wa ko ma-Muslim didto sis diri ra ko na-Muslim, nahibawo pa ko ana di gyud nuon ko ma-Muslim bisan naa ko dinhi sa Cebu, minaot man gud. It is a basic fact in Islam, "That there should be no compulsion in religion" because if you do people are bound to be hypocrite and God doesn't need hypocrite.

How did it become corrupted? As far as I know the books are fine. In fact there are informations in the Old Testament that were allegedly copied to the Qur'an. This allegation as far as the bible scholars are concern is much convincing given the fact that The bible came first before Muhammad.

The Bible also affirms the Oneness of God. How can you then say this message has been corrupted?

if the Qur'an is the revelation of God how did Allah missed the correct concept of the Christian Trinity? Is your Allah not omniscient? this mistake means one thing...the Qur'an is not the word of God.

sorry but I am accusing Islam for fueling more disputes among yourselves. Shia'ism,Sunni-ism,Wahabi-ism,Salafi-ism,sufi-ism and other isms w/in Islam. History shows piles of dead bodies buried in the name of these isms coming out from the qur'an.
