If i'm on a trip, I'd usually try what the place has to offer.. like when i'm in vigan, i'd go for their longanisa.. etc.. now, if you're on a budget or want to spend for lunch and dinner, then you can always bring some instant cup noodles with you. oatmeal works for me too.. just have some fruits handy or mahu.
