If you are referring to exercise v.s diet exclusively, then I would vote for diet (reducing diet) because it does not mean that if you're exercising a lot it will automatically reduce your weight..(kita ka anang mga sumo wrestlers, weight lifters, heavy weight boxers.. etc) these guys do a lot of exercises that would fit to their routine but still they are very big and bulky...so depende na unsaon nimo pag exercise.
Diet..if you'll gonna reduce your dietary intake in a gradual and healthy way..sure enough you will definitely lose those pounds..BUT alays remember that any reducing diet can effectively compliment also any reducing exercises and vise versa...so it's still beter to do both.![]()
