for cable and internet you need to contact the providers for it to be installed, but we have outlets ready for it in every unit..

mam the unit already includes a split-type aircondition system and its already been installed, we do not allow a window type aircondition, since we dont want it to pop-out of the windows of the units...we prepared and installed the split-type aircondition to hide the condenser at the roof deck, maybe, mainly because of aesthetics..hehe!
